bankFNBD is pleased to announce that Robie Touchette will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer & President, succeeding John Nichols, who will retire after a distinguished banking career and continue serving as Chairman of the Board. In conjunction with this transition, Jonathan J. Boudreaux has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Banking Officer, succeeding Touchette in that role. Effective April 1, 2026, these leadership changes represent a key step in the bank’s continued growth and long-term succession planning.
After 47 years in banking and 12 years at bankFNBD, Nichols will retire from his executive responsibilities. He will remain on the Board of Directors as active Chairman and will assist during the leadership transition.

Touchette brings more than four decades of banking experience and a deep understanding of the financial needs of communities across Southwest Louisiana. His proven leadership, strategic expertise, and commitment to local decision making align with bankFNBD’s mission to provide responsive, community-focused financial solutions.
Since joining bankFNBD in 2019, Touchette has held key leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Banking Officer, and previously as Senior Vice President, Regional President for Beauregard Parish. In these roles, he has played an integral part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting local businesses, and advancing the bank’s service-driven culture. His leadership at bankFNBD builds upon more than 40 years of experience in community banking.
As Chief Executive Officer & President, Touchette will focus on ensuring bankFNBD continues to meet the evolving financial needs of Southwest Louisiana while maintaining the local relationships, accessibility, and personalized service that define community banking.

Touchette is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McNeese State University.
Stepping into the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Banking Officer, Jonathan J. Boudreaux brings nearly two decades of banking experience, specializing in commercial lending, guaranteed lending programs, business banking, and community development. Since joining bankFNBD as Senior Vice President, Regional President for Calcasieu Parish, Boudreaux has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and driving growth across the region.
His extensive background includes more than 17 years of experience in commercial and business lending, where he has consistently helped clients and local businesses achieve long-term success. Known for his collaborative leadership style and dedication to community partnerships, Boudreaux will oversee bankFNBD’s banking operations, lending strategy, and customer relationship initiatives as Chief Banking Officer.

Boudreaux is a Louisiana native and holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and the Barrett Commercial School of Banking, and is a Leadership SWLA Alumni.
