Make the Switch to FNBD

Easy as 1-2-3

Are you interested in banking with a smarter bank? We make transferring your business accounts easy!

1: OPEN A FNBD BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT

Open a business checking account at one of our branches.

2: START USING YOUR NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT

Once your FNBD account is active, begin using it and stop using your old business checking account. But please allow enough time for outstanding checks, automatic withdrawals and direct deposits to clear before closing that account. (Typically, 30 business days are sufficient.)

3: TRANSFER DIRECT DEPOSITS AND AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS TO FNBD

Use these switch kit forms to easily transfer any withdrawals (such as office utilities, insurance premiums, etc.) that are automatically deducted from your old account to your new FNBD account:

  • Authorized signer information forms
  • Account information form
  • Direct deposit change form
  • Automatic payment or withdrawal authorization form

Once automatic deposits and withdrawals are tied to your FNBD business checking account, contact your former financial institution to close your account(s).

  • Close account form

If you have any questions along the way, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!
